Riding on the annual 3-day APOS event in Bali – Asia’s premier event for the media, technology and entertainment industry – Netflix wanted to create an ultra-premium and highly exclusive closed-door event to showcase upcoming content for key commercial partners in the region.
Held at the InterContinental Hotel in Bali, ALIVE provided a dedicated Netflix Concierge Service to all 100+ VVIP guests which handled all elements of the guest experience from travel and transit arrangements, to catering, live entertainment and hospitality. We accommodated 10 VIP speakers who flew in from Netflix HQ in Los Angeles, designed and dressed 2 separate event spaces for daytime and evening experiences, created and operated 4 experiential live activations for key Netflix titles, and managed multiple networking sessions and live panel discussions.
Working with local partners for production and AVL to maximise efficiency and value for the client, we successfully showcased 13 new Netflix titles over 2 days whilst providing a first-class guest experience and the opportunity for Netflix to forge lasting relationships with future regional partners.
