Security: National airport standards & immigration regulations define airside security protocols and operational requirements for secure environments

Approvals: Airport management and duty-free operator approvals processes & requirements vary in each airport

Roles & Responsibilities: The media operator may manage the spaces, staffing through approved third parties, and/or creative sign-off

Health & Safety: Security cleared local suppliers for production and professional services with knowledge of airport-approved materials, tools, and techniques for varying fire & safety standards

Access & Logistics: Global logistics planning, local storage, operational access routes and approvals in each airport

Accreditation: All staff require extensive vetting, CRC checks, airport-specific safety and customer service training for security pass accreditation
