As the global pandemic began to take hold at the start of 2020, Changi Airport Group (CAG) came to us for advice on how to remain connected to their ONE Changi Community, whilst keeping everyone safe. The OCA event is a popular event in the CAG calendar that brings teams together to reflect on individual achievements of the past 12 months and reward outstanding contributions & service.
Having never done a digital event before, CAG put their trust in us and our expertise as we developed a simple but effective virtual event using YouTube Premiere for 1500 CAG employees. The live chat was buzzing throughout with over 700 messages exchanged during the 60-minute event, showing heart-warming messages of hope, congratulations, gratitude, and support. The event proved a valuable platform for colleagues to reconnect during a very uncertain and isolating time.
