Our in-house database of 350+ fully trained staff are skills-matched for specific requirements on each client event. Before working a shift, each person undergoes our proprietary 4-step training program covering communication and engagement techniques, sales and negotiation, customer service, and crisis management.

For maximum staffing efficiency and accuracy, we’re supported by the most powerful and customisable all-in-one app for temporary staffing needs, StaffConnect.

Our A-List staff all use it to log time, attendance, reporting and key metrics for every project. At the click of a button, they can see their booked shifts along with the date, time, location, key contact details, pay rate, and full activation brief.

Staff check in and out for work with a photo of themselves on-site, and the app geo-tags their precise location for maximum accountability and reassurance.

The integrated live chat function will urgently update them on something from ALIVE HQ, and the entire system is linked to our payroll platform, so each person gets paid accurately according to their hours worked.
